Replaced Water Heater. The work was well done. The service people were friendly and responsible. I asked quite some questions, they were patient to answer. They have very good knowledge. Their skills are very good. Reliable professionals.

My Lennox furnace malfunctioned a few weeks ago. It was repaired and put back in working condition by Craig. He did a marvelous job fixing this system. There were mainly two problems, a [pressure switch] had malfunctioned and needed to be replaced, and the condensation drain configuration was faulty. Craig diagnosed both problems correctly and fixed them, even returning for a second time one evening to make sure we had heating during the night. I think he is extremely well-qualified, professional and efficient and I very highly recommend his services.
